Csilla from the moment I called her was a ray of sunshine, so friendly professional and gentle genuine person. I felt instantly at ease and knew she was the one for me. She guided me through the process nothing was too hard she took on so much and more, being located in Auckland and selling on behalf of a sick family member she was so empathetic made me feel empowered listened to and not so helpless.
I cannot recommend her enough having to sell a family house that has been in your family for years due to necessity not want is hard enough but I don’t think I could have got through this emotional end of an era without her. Her energy and vibe is amazing and having to do everything over the phone and email could have been tricky but she made every step easy and communication is key and she is great at it. Honestly I can say she is the friendliest and nicest agent I have ever met. She is not only professional but a working mother like myself so gets that time is precious and so hardworking. I cannot say enough good things about her. For me it’s about connection, communication, loyalty and understanding it’s an emotional roller coaster and she made riding it less scary and is the friend and agent I never knew I needed till I called her and clicked instantly. Fantastic Experience
Leonie is one out of the box. You are dealing here with a professional who knows how to sell houses! The responsiveness, the knowledge, the speed with which Leonie communicated and acted was just fantastic. You won't get better. We had a VERY tricky sale with all sorts of complications and Leonie navigated that with us and the vendors to ensure a fantastic outcome. We did have another agent who got us a sale that didn't go through, Leonie achieved a price 160K higher than the price the previous agent got and 250K higher than the price quoted by other agents to sell the property. It was sold in six weeks which is phenomenal given some of the challenges. I can't recommend Leonie highly enough, she is an incredibly good real estate agent who really knows her stuff and I would be happy to provide a reference to anyone thinking of using Leonie.
Leonie was in all aspects very easy and helpful in responding to our requirements. She prepared very complete information from her initial proposal and market analysis through to the marketing and sales information when we went to market. I don't even know how to say the ways Csilla made a very difficult situation so easy. The purchasing of our new property was not easy, as we had to sell our house right as the market dropped. She worked between ourselves and the vendor in a way that made it easy for us both. Anytime the stress hit, she would have a conversation to help calm any anxiety. Csilla is a true gem. I had the pleasure in dealing with Leonie buying a piece of land. From viewing to settlement Leonie was just wonderful to deal with. When our family viewed the house at 49 Tahuna in Paihia, we were worried about our 3 kids wondering around the house and potentially upsetting the real estate agent. The͏ first time I laid eyes on the property I knew... Just as I knew when I saw your bright welcoming smile that you would be the one who would help me to recognise my dream. I had an instant trust and confidence in you and thank goodness it was you that walk my journey with me for what a walk it has been! I first contacted Leonie before Christmas 2021 and we discussed putting my property on the market ( I also had another company come and have a look)
In early January 2022 I decided to list my property, Leonie came over and we discussed the normal, what was really good, was the fact that Leonie had decided to market the property in a different manner than we discussed before Christmas as she was finding it a less successful method, so she is adaptable!
Before listing she made sure we had good quality photos and video ( yes we did have to wait for a fine day!)
Once listed on trade me it was only a matter of days before we had an deal which went unconditional about a week later.

Csilla has a very good knowledge of marketing your property. She worked my property with a very good attitude and went out of her way to make sure everything went smoothly. Being an absentee owner and no one living at the property, Csilla went out of her way to make sure the property was looking its best before showing prospective buyers through. I would have no hesitation in recommending Csilla to sell your property or find your next home.
I found Csilla to be very helpful throughout the process of purchasing my little slice of paradise, there was never any pressure from her to push the sale through. She was quite knowledgeable about the area and passed on numerous contacts of local tradies I could use once I disclosed my plans to enhance the property, she has been in regular contact during the whole process and helped calm my nerves when I had to do electronic transactions and documentation which was all new to an old fella used to signing paper with a pen and not on a computer/laptop. Outstanding Carrie I have had "dealings" with other Real Estate Agents over the past 50 odd years and non of them came close to Carrie's Professionalism, Bubbly Attitude and Kind nature, as well as keeping us "In-The Loop" from start to finish in what was a very stressful experience. Upon meeting me for the 1st time Renate took the time to talk to me and understand my situation and the type of property I was interested in.
Renate is one of Only two agents (from the many I met) who called me after an open home to see how interested I was.
The house I purchased was one that I only looked at because Renate invited me for a private viewing.

From beginning to end of our experience with Leonie I found myself in awe of Leonie's professionalism and skill in marketing our house and making the process stress free for me. Without a word of a lie, Leonie not only hit the target date wanted for a sale, she got my house market ready at no extra charge either. The things she did still astonish me. Leonie replaced things, painted, gardened, took rubbish away, even offered to move all my things in her ute after it sold in order to meet the deadline date.
