Csilla from the moment I called her was a ray of sunshine, so friendly professional and gentle genuine person. I felt instantly at ease and knew she was the one for me. She guided me through the process nothing was too hard she took on so much and more, being located in Auckland and selling on behalf of a sick family member she was so empathetic made me feel empowered listened to and not so helpless.
I cannot recommend her enough having to sell a family house that has been in your family for years due to necessity not want is hard enough but I don’t think I could have got through this emotional end of an era without her. Her energy and vibe is amazing and having to do everything over the phone and email could have been tricky but she made every step easy and communication is key and she is great at it. Honestly I can say she is the friendliest and nicest agent I have ever met. She is not only professional but a working mother like myself so gets that time is precious and so hardworking. I cannot say enough good things about her. For me it’s about connection, communication, loyalty and understanding it’s an emotional roller coaster and she made riding it less scary and is the friend and agent I never knew I needed till I called her and clicked instantly. I don't even know how to say the ways Csilla made a very difficult situation so easy. The purchasing of our new property was not easy, as we had to sell our house right as the market dropped. She worked between ourselves and the vendor in a way that made it easy for us both. Anytime the stress hit, she would have a conversation to help calm any anxiety. Csilla is a true gem. I've dealt with many Real Estate agents and I have never dealt with any better than her. She really is so passionate and wants the best for both parties. Can't ask for better than that. The͏ first time I laid eyes on the property I knew... Just as I knew when I saw your bright welcoming smile that you would be the one who would help me to recognise my dream. I had an instant trust and confidence in you and thank goodness it was you that walk my journey with me for what a walk it has been! Life throws some curve balls and for me those curve balls have been coming hard and fast but you have been there every step of the way instinctively knowing when I needed advice and/or needed space. You were always just a phonecall away to answer my million and one questions and even to provide a listening ear. Each time I saw the property i loved it more. The last time taking my children to what will be their legacy in years to come was exciting. My son as we left commented Csilla is not your typical real estate agent, she really has something special. Yes my son, I agree, Csilla is special. Thank you Csilla from the bottom of my heart - if it hadn't been for your gentle guidance navigating me through this property process in such a crazy busy time, I would not be grinning from ear to ear on the right side of a 'sold' sticker. Csilla has a very good knowledge of marketing your property. She worked my property with a very good attitude and went out of her way to make sure everything went smoothly. Being an absentee owner and no one living at the property, Csilla went out of her way to make sure the property was looking its best before showing prospective buyers through. I would have no hesitation in recommending Csilla to sell your property or find your next home.

I found Csilla to be very helpful throughout the process of purchasing my little slice of paradise, there was never any pressure from her to push the sale through. She was quite knowledgeable about the area and passed on numerous contacts of local tradies I could use once I disclosed my plans to enhance the property, she has been in regular contact during the whole process and helped calm my nerves when I had to do electronic transactions and documentation which was all new to an old fella used to signing paper with a pen and not on a computer/laptop. I would highly recommend Csilla if you need to buy or sell a property, she has the ability to connect with people and to listen to help them achieve the result they want. She is honourable, intelligent, kind, unassuming and a skilled communicator. Both, Csilla, her husband and children live and work in the Hokianga. They are committed, positive people who are well liked in our community.
Professionally, Csilla has sold 3 properties for us. Right from the start she acted with integrity. She was very mindful of the process and stresses one goes through when selling/buying real-estate. The Agency/confidentiality obligations, the legal and the advertising issues were clearly communicated with us. She always takes notes and verbally verifies the wants and desires of the seller/buyer and the plan that has been discussed plus follow-up that is required by all parties concerned. She is also a skilled negotiator between seller/buyer. Her follow-up processes are fabulous and she does what she says she will do, with a smile.

When it was time to sell my home I chose Csilla for her knowledge of the local industry and as the home had long term tenants her ability to be respectful and accommodating to their feelings however still getting the home sold.
