When our family viewed the house at 49 Tahuna in Paihia, we were worried about our 3 kids wondering around the house and potentially upsetting the real estate agent. Some years ago we approached One Agency to do an appraisal on our home.
Renate and Daniel arrived and after meeting them they looked over our home and presented their appraisal. Great agent
Upon meeting me for the 1st time Renate took the time to talk to me and understand my situation and the type of property I was interested in.
Renate is one of Only two agents (from the many I met) who called me after an open home to see how interested I was.
The house I purchased was one that I only looked at because Renate invited me for a private viewing.
