Some years ago we approached One Agency to do an appraisal on our home.
Renate and Daniel arrived and after meeting them they looked over our home and presented their appraisal. At that time we were not intending to sell our home but after spending time with them we decided that if we did sell One Agency would be the agency we would use. Why? Because of their approach, their manner and their general friendliness . From the outset, they told us “they worked for the vendors” and at every step of the way, we found that to be absolutely true, as they communicated with us regarding every enquiry and offered feedback immediately after a prospective buyer viewed the property. They acted with professional integrity in all aspects of the sale, from presenting us with an accurate market appraisal, liaising and negotiating with prospective buyers and organising the contractual details, including liaising with solicitors on both sides of the sale and purchase agreement.
